Am I Entitled to My Inheritance Money Brought into the Marriage to Purchase Property?

Community property and separate property can be tricky to trace. Generally speaking, all property is thought to be community property unless it can be proved through the discovery process to be separate. If something is thought to be separate property, as inheritance typically is thought to be, it must be determined that it was never commingled during the marriage.
